Decarbon currently makes money in two ways:
- When you purchase offsets as part of your Carbon offsetting, a small portion of that cost includes some revenue to Decarbon.
- When you take certain actions within the Climate Action tab such as shopping with eco-alternative companies, some actions may result in a referral commission to Decarbon.
Decarbon is a startup with huge ambitions to curb our impact on on the environment, so your offsets purchases and climate actions will fuel our growth and enable more users to live more sustainably.
